Big deal, the 2011 will be last years’ model in 2012. the image quality is astounding, simply programable and adjustable. the value is killer–almost craigslist pricing on a second user unit. Hi! I simply returned a 27″ Samsung and purchased this 40″ one. I really purchased the 5004 model that is basically a similar. the image and sound is nice. however I actually have a large downside because i favor to observe movies and hear music loudly and that i am living with my elderly mother. I had no downside with the 27″ Samsung because it had all the outputs to place in extra speakers and use a headset if I wanted. This TV CANNOT do this. so i will be returning and buying one that has a lot of audio outputs. don’t know what else to try and do.
