I bought this TV (lg 50pz750 plasma) for Father’s Day and had it just less than a month. I LOVED it..easy to set up,remote straightforward to use, nice image, accessed Netflix easily, …UNTIL one morning we turned it on, after having the facility utterly off, and the screen was tinted RED everywhere. after your time it might flicker between a normal image and the black/red image. I googled LG PLASMA problem and located something regarding LGs,Phillips, and Magnavox plasmas having this problem. did not need to read any further therefore I called AMAZON and asked to return it for a refund. i am therefore glad I bought it through Amazon…no hassle..no shipping charges..very easy. Their shipping company just comes to my house and picks it up.I was also just within the thirty day return limit. i am replacing it with a Samsung Pn51D7000, slightly pricier, but also a good deal on Amazon.
I STRONGLY counsel that any TV buyer do these two things:
